Aman Sethi founded JICS Consulting after 10 years in Talent Acquisition Consulting working for Fujitsu, ING, Lloyds, TCS, Johnson & Johnson and Commonwealth Bank Of Australia.
Aman’s career has always been based in Australia however he has had exposure to global markets including India, Singapore, NZ, the UK, the US and the Philippines. With his in-depth understanding of the key differences in interview styles and search requirements across different industries & geographies, he is able to bridge the gaps for candidates through customised 1 on 1 coaching tailored to their unique situations and expertise.

Can you assist with people on all visa types?As long as you have full time working rights for 12+ months we are happy to discuss further. Anything under 12 months becomes quite tricky.

What is the fee structure?We work primarily on a success based model where the main fee is only payable upon securing a role. This success fee can also be spread across 3 months / 3 installments for convenience.

Do I need to attend your office?No, as we work with candidates all around Australia we conduct our sessions and interactions remotely.

Do you look after graduates or experienced professionals?We cover both areas extensively with varying experience levels ranging from graduates at 50k+ per annum to senior professionals at 200k+ per annum.

Which roles and areas do you assist across?We are quite broad in the roles we assist with however some of the more frequent areas include Technology, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, Banking & Financial Services, Accounting, Consulting, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service, Administration & Support among others

What if I apply for a role directly or my friend / family member refers me for a position during our agreement period?Our agreement is all inclusive so you will still be required to pay the success fee. Happy to explain further during our free consultation if required.

Is there a selection criteria for the candidates you work with?Yes we do assess the candidates we work with in the initial free consultation as we need to have some confidence around being able to assist in a meaningful way and get a positive outcome
